Excell uses the Leader to Leader™ Process to bring together groups of company owners, presidents and CEOs, and provide them a competent, confidential place where they can increase their knowledge, skills and experience. We form and lead peer mentor groups, providing our members with the setting and the process for the vital exchange of experience, resources and solutions necessary to tackle their most challenging issues.
The typical Excell group meets once a month, for a half or full-day leader session, facilitated by a highly skilled group leader. Members tackle their most pressing business and leadership challenges with other successful leaders, who offer critical insights, candid feedback, and real-world—real-time business perspectives. It can be lonely at the top and it can be difficult to get to the next level of success on your own. The power of the Leader to Leader™ process has a long and proven history of helping leaders succeed, while forging a powerful resource of Northwest business leaders.
Members join specific, unique groups of companies similar in size in a setting that is non-competitive, confidential and trust-based. The group serves as a “board of advisors” to help members and their companies get to the next level of success. On a regular basis, resource speakers address CEO-level issues and concerns that must be dealt with everyday.
Our experienced group leaders meet monthly with members in a one-on-one consultation, to determine the member's real-time, pressing issues. Group leaders facilitate the sharing of information among members, identify quality outside resources to help deal with more critical issues, and serve as trusted confidants as needed.
Excell
Members head a wide range of companies, from small start-ups to over $300 million in annual gross sales. Our members come from industries including high technology, transportation, truck building, insurance, finance, printing, metal stamping, plastics, food and beverage, importing, construction and chemicals. The variety in each group provides a powerful cross-pollination of ideas and experience.
